Campagnolo Groupset Cassettes

Since the advent of 11 speed cassettes on modern bicycles, manufacturers have (mostly) set aside their respective philosophies and agreed on spacing for cassette cogs. This means that your wheel (or direct drive trainer) with an 11 speed cassette will work with your bicycle, whether your 11 speed shifters are Shimano, SRAM, or Campagnolo.

For this reason, the most economically sensible option for Neo trainers is to use the supplied freehub, and install a Shimano or SRAM 11 speed cassette. It will be compatible with your Campagnolo shifters.

However, if you absolutely prefer to use a Campagnolo cassette, then you must purchase the Campagnolo freehub body from Tacx. This is because both the spline pattern and diameter on the freehub body differs between Shimano and Campagnolo.

Where To Buy

For Neo and Neo 2, you can purchase the freehub body from Amazon here.

For Neo 2T, you can purchase the freehub body directly from Garmin International here.

Additional Information

Please note that this does not apply to earlier cassettes which are not 11 speed, nor does it apply to offroad cassettes. Proprietary designs like AXS that require specific freehubs from SRAM also do not apply.
