Resistance Factory Reset

In this article, we walk through the process of resetting the resistance back to factory settings.

Steps to Complete Factory Reset

  1. Disconnect any devices from Neo, and ensure that both the Bluetooth and ANT+ LEDs (blue and amber, respectively) are unlit on the left side of your Neo.
  2. Open the Tacx Utility App on your smart phone or tablet.
  3. Locate your Neo on the Devices page (which should open by default).
  4. If there is no green circle with a checkmark, tap the Blueooth icon next to your Neo to connect, and make sure any additional devices are not connected.

  1. Tap the menu button and select “Testing Dashboard” from the list.
  2. Locate the “Enable isotonic” switch at the bottom, and turn it on.
  3. Move the Force slider to any non-zero value

  1. Move the Force slider back to 0
  2. Tap the “Enable isotonic” mode switch to disabled isotonic mode
  3. Tap the Menu button, and go back to your Devices page
  4. Tap the Bluetooth icon to disconnect your Neo

That’s it! Your Neo is now back to factory settings.
